Details of The US Prisoner Swap Deal to Free Kidnapped Soldier

If America can release five Afghanistan prisoners for "just" one American soldier, then I wonder why some of us are saying the Presidency should not swap our girls with Boko Haram members or their wives. This American soldier already signed to die by joining the military yet his country still negotiated for his release.
How come Nigeria can't negotiate to free innocent girls who don't even know anything about this madness?
According to reports, five Taliban leaders have arrived in Qatar after being freed from Guantanamo Bay by the US authorities in a swap deal for an American soldier held in Afghanistan for nearly five years.
The five men were swapped for 28-year-old army sergeant, Bowe Bergdahl, who had been held by the Taliban since June 30, 2009.
The prisoners were flown by US military C-17 aircraft into the Gulf on Sunday. They were named on Saturday as Mohammad Fazl, Mullah Norullah Noori, Mohammed Nabi, Khairullah Khairkhwa and Abdul Haq Wasiq.

The Taliban's supreme leader, Mullah Omar, on Sunday hailed their release as a "big victory".
