Inspector General of Police Disowns Controversial Joseph Mbu

There is a secret plot to make CP Joseph Mbu or a DIG from the South-South who was promoted three times in four years, the new Inspector General of Police. But sources in Abuja told our reporter that the secret have been exposed to many Senators and they are ready to frustrate the Presidency's selfish agenda.
Are you surprise that CP Joseph Mbu don't consult with the office of the IGP M.D. Abubakar before taking some critical decisions? That is the genesis of his "too much power", my source added.
But the current IGP is on top of the situation. IGP Abubakar on Tuesday disowned the FCT Commissioner of Police, Mbu Joseph Mbu, who announced an illegal ban on all peaceful protests in Abuja.

IGP Abubakar described Mbu’s order as mere “advisory notice" and enjoined citizens to apply caution in their rallies as no one will be allowed to molest them under any guise.

According to Police spokesman, Frank Mba, the Inspector General of Police reassures Nigerians of the police commitment to the protection of lives and property and the advancement of democracy.
