UniLag Students Protest: Takes Over Lagos Third Mainland Bridge (latest news)

Report just reaching Naijabizcom states that students of the University of Lagos Nigeria have completely blocked the Third mainland bridge in Lagos the economic capital of Nigeria.




 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The protect and road block is connected to the announcement made few days ago by the president Goodluck Jonathan changing the institutions name from the University of Lagos to Moshood Abiola University in honor late Moshood Abiola the acclaimed winner of the 1993 presidential election.

Meanwhile, the Lagos State Police Commissioner, Umar Manko and his police men are right now at the scene of the protest on to calm the situation.
