Will smith Slaps Male Reporter in Moscow Movie premiere

Will Smith the movie maker was making his way down the red carpet at
the premiere of the movie Men in Black 3 recently in Moscow the Russian capital when suddenly, a Ukranian report made an attempt to kiss him.

Although Will Smith, the actor was caught off guard but he quickly pushed the journalist away before, giving him a dirty back hand slap across the face, asking “what the hell is your problem man?”

While Still on camera few minutes later, Will Smith noted that the male reporter was attempting to kiss him on the lips and told those around that “He’s lucky I aint’t punched him”

Can we say this is self defense or what you think? Especially now that the issue of gay rights is in the front burner of the 2012 US presidential election campaign.
