Abuja Court Clears Jim Iyke of Fraud Case

In 2011 Jim Iyke, the Nigerian Nollywood actor was sued by Habiba Abubakar an Abuja based lady for allegedly defrauding her of N15million.



 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The Lady took case to an Abuja court and Jim Iyke was charged with criminal breach of trust, criminal force, assault, cheating and criminal misappropriation.

After much adjournment the case was finally judged this week and the presiding judge thrown the case out of court for lack of evidence. Thereby clearing Jim Iyke of any liability.
Jim Iyke and Habiba will now have to resolve their issues out of court.
