Chinese Man: After hot Argument with Wife, Dangles 3yr old Daughterfrom 6th Floor Window

The Chinese man in the picture below is a drug addict and lives in Guangzhou, the capital of China's Guangdong province.

Some few days ago the Daily Mail UK newspapers carried a story of this man who after a heated argument with his wife decided to take his frustration to his 3year-old daughter by dangling the little girl outside the window of a six floor building in an attempt to kill her.
According to his neighbors they said the Chinese man opened his six floor window at about 10.30am, and then calmly sat on the edge while dangling his daughter above the drop below.

He would occasionally support her with his foot, but for most of the time held onto her by just one arm. The mother could be heard shouting from inside the apartment.

Immediately neighbors called the emergency services and when they arrived, firefighters quickly set up an air cushion below. Meanwhile, police entered the apartment to reason with the man, who was allegedly under the influence of drugs.
During their negotiations the emergency service men suddenly rushed the man and were able to pull the little girl to safety.
