Lil Kim American rapper, now 37 year old was photographed recently in Los Angeles California and was wearing a different look from the Lil kim we use to know. She now look puffy facially; puffy cheeks, altered lips, uneven brows, and a much smaller nose.

According to sources, she’s had a lot of work done on that face over the years but the latest one has really altered her old charming look. Plastic surgeons in Los Angeles California says her new look is an example of surgery gone bad and are worried the rapper has suffered some kind of muscle or nerve weakness due to her numerous cosmetic procedures. They said her lower lip on the left side is not working well.
Well that is always the outcome of doing things excessively.
