According to report the couple were wrongly suspected and arrested on the charge of holding a “sham marriage”
Neil McElwee and his pregnant Chinese fiancée Yanan Sun were both detained for close to 5hours in an Irish police cell.
Their Layer (Karina Breslin-Carlin) was called in and they were later released without charge.
However, the marriage ceremony of Neil McElwee and his pregnant Chinese fiancée Yanan was later held the following day.
And three police officers who unlawfully arrested and detained the couple were all disciplined by the Northern Ireland police authorities.
Police arrest on a wedding day, no couple can with stand such a big disgrace!
