Allegations: "El-Rufai Wanted To Rig Anambra Election" – Umeh

National Chairman of the All Progressives Grand Alliance, Chief Victor Umeh, accuses Mallam Nasir El-Rufai of trying to rig the Anambra State governorship election.

He stated this today while briefing journalists on Saturdays guber polls in the state. 
In his opinion, El-Rufai's in-house detention by the State Security Service (SSS) was also justified.
The SSS officials had prevented him from leaving the hotel where he lodged on election day. Later ,as El-Rufai regained freedom, he blasted governor Obi for his arrest.

Umeh alleged that the All Progressives Congress imported El-Rufai into Anambra State with the sole aim of bribing electoral officers to its favour.

He wondered what El-Rufai would have come to do in the state on a day it was holding its governorship election.
