‘Nigeria Will Become Great Some Day, Stop Making Negative Comments’ - CAC Prophet Abiara

The General Overseer of the Christ Apostolic Church, Prophet Samuel Abiara, has urged Nigerians to stop making negative comments about the country, saying the challenges Nigeria faces are not new.
Abiara said instead, Nigerians should adopt an attitude of prayer and hope that things would be better.

The cleric spoke at the 28th anniversary of the church at the CAC Zonal Headquarters in Lagos, a statement said on Wednesday.
He said, “People should stop saying negative things about Nigeria. The challenges facing the country are not new.
“Most developed and civilised countries in the world today have gone through terrible times which they overcame.

“Nigeria will become great some day and one of the best countries in the nearest future because all challenges will become history.

“Let us continue to pray for our leaders instead of criticising them. The Bible says we must pray for our leaders so that God will direct and cause them to make right policies in the interest of the masses.”

He also called on the government to pay more attention to the less privileged in the society and empower the youth to be productive and responsible citizens of the country.
