Court Stops Bipi From Parading Himself As Rivers Speaker

According to reports, a high court in Port-Harcourt has ordered Hon. Evans Bipi for parading and referring to himself as the speaker. 
Bipi, member of the Rivers State House of Assembly, was given this order pending the determination of a lawsuit brought against him.
Bipi is the leaders of the six-member anti-Amaechi lawmakers. He is the self-styled speaker.
The Justice of an Ahoada High Court gave in his ruling on a motion ex-parte brought by Speaker Otelemanba Dan Amachree, his Deputy Leyii Kwanne and others.
The judge adjourned the motion on notice for hearing till January 6, 2014
