Vide0:How A Toddler Was Beaten Mercilessly In An Elevator

A five-minute-long surveillance video showing a 10-year-old girl repeatedly kicking and beating a toddler in an elevator before allegedly taking him to her apartment, where he either fell or was thrown from the 25th floor balcony, has been released by authorities.
The story made headlines in November 2013, and while small clips of the attack could previously be watched online, the entirety of the surveillance footage had not been released until now. Chongqing police announced in early December that they could not press criminal charges against the 10-year-old girl because she was too young. After the attack, she was quoted in reports as saying that she hit the child because he was "unfriendly" to her. See Vide0 below;
