Bishop David Oyedepo: Wins N2billion Court Case of Alleged Assault

Breaking News-- Bishop David Oyedepo of Winners church has won the the N2 billion assault case filed against him in Ogun State high court by Robert Igbinedion.


Robert Igbinedion, a Lagos based lawyer had filed the assault lawsuit on behalf of a girl who was filmed being slapped by the founder of Living Faith Church during a deliverance session a few years back.

Mr Igbinedion failed to produce the girl, making it impossible to have a case against the Bishop.
Justice Ojo of the Ogun State high court dismissed the case on the grounds that the application lacked merit and that the 'slapped lady' remains a ghost victim.
